In-Ovation "R" Self-Ligating Metal Brackets
The only self-ligating bracket (brace) with a Passive and Active clip. The clip is designed to hold the wire in the bracket. The initial smaller wires, used to align the teeth early in treatment, slide freely beneath the passive clip which means faster tooth movement. The larger wires, used later in treatment to align the roots of the teeth, are pushed into the brackets tightly by the active clip which means better control of the final tooth position. Most other self-ligating brackets have passive clips only which means less control of the root positions, which means less stability of the final tooth position.
In-Ovation "C" Self-Ligating Ceramic Brackets
The only self-ligating ceramic bracket (brace) with a Passive and Active clip. The clip is designed with a special rhodium coating to provide superb aesthetics compared to other self-ligating ceramic brackets with metal clips. They have the same advantages as the In-Ovation "R" braces described above with the added benefit of being less noticeable.
